Senior/Expert Android Developer

About the role

🚀 As a Senior/Expert Android Developer in our company, you will receive substantive support from the CTO and 8 experienced colleagues from the mobile team. On a daily basis, you will develop applications with our development team, which consists of not only developers, but also Project Manager, System Analyst, UX/UI Designers and QA.  You will work in a team of 10 Android Developers. You will be supported by a Team Manager – Monika or Dorota, who will take care of your work environment and guide the process of feedback exchange.

What should you have? 🦾

• Have approx. 4 years of commercial experience in building applications, including mobile apps with Java and Kotlin technologies,
• Understand of different programming paradigms (reactive, functional),
• Very good knowledge of libraries commonly used in Android development (Dagger 2, Hilt, RxJava, Coroutines, Android Jetpack libraries),
• Knowledge of modern Android architectural patterns (MVVM/MVI/MPV), 
• Have experience with Gradle,
• Proficiency in writing testable code (both unit and instrumentation),
• Experience in TDD and various testing libraries (JUnit, Mockito/Mockk),
• Use SOLID and DRY and focus on the high quality of the code,
• Experience in CI/CD systems (e.g. Jenkins),
• Strong problem-solving skills,
• Fluency in English – feeling free to work with natives (a must-have, we have international clients),
• Polish at a communicative level (our company communication is conducted in Polish).

Nice to have 👏🏼 

• Experience in deploying releasing apps in stores (Huawei AppGallery),
• Ability and willingness for continuous development i.e. by mentoring and onboarding other team members and learning new technologies,
• Experience as a Tech Lead in the project.
• Experience in working with Jetpack Compose
